Definitely agreed. I'm trying to come up with a plan to talk to our landlord about letting me do away with at least some of the lawn at our house in favor of some native grasses and pollinator-friendly plants. If I can't get him to fully agree, then I'm at least planning to plant a dense border of critter-friendly plants or some raised beds for food plants. >:)
