An Open Letter to the People Who Stand on Sidewalks Holding Posters of Aborted Embryos

You're supposed to be 'pro-life'.

So don't stick inflammatory signs right next to an extremely busy intersection when people need their full concentration and a momentary lapse can get you killed.

I got to see this madness all the time in my hometown. Thankfully they didn't protest on a busy intersection, just outside of a Baptist church that happened to be on one of the busiest thoroughfares. And the images on their signs... ugh. Nothing like straight up gore on the way to school every. damn. day.

Yikes.

I agree, but then again I tend to see so much 'wrong' with the some of 'pro-life' statics and let alone views so I am hardly surprised by such people.

A brilliant criticism. Are they anti-abortion or pro-car accident? The world may never know. *giggling*
But really, those people are nuts. A friend was telling me about interviews with "pro-life" folks, where the interviewer was asking them, "If abortion was illegal, what do you think the penalty should be for it?" and not one of them could actually give a straight answer, mostly just a lot of mumbling about how people who will go to hell. Which isn't exactly a punishment that our legal system can carry out...

Ooo. Touché. Or make them sit in a hot computer lab where none of the printers work and the Internet is spotty.
